on Greenwich

Our Greenwich Avenue studio is a spa-like oasis with intimate class sizes led by friendly, attentive and highly experienced instructors. Our one-hour, body sculpting barre classes incorporate mindful movement and exercises to help tone and tighten every muscle group. You will build strength, confidence and community with each of our in-person classes. At Greenwich Barre Studio, you can choose the plan that meets your needs whether it’s a single class, class package or unlimited month to month.

Breathwork Classes

Barre + Breathe
One hour class blending barre and conscious breathwork; two transformational practices that support your physical and mental wellness. The first 35 minutes of class focuses on a full body, Original Barre workout format. The last 25 minutes of class flows into conscious breathwork that will realign and balance the nervous system. This unique class combination will leave you feeling empowered, clear-minded and refreshed.

Breathe + Restore
(Sunday evenings 5:30pm)
Jenn will safely guide you through a one hour session where you will gain a deeper understanding of the power of your breath and body. You will practice breathwork techniques that quiet the mind in order to let your body release stress, stagnant energy and limiting beliefs. The outcome is realignment and healing of your inner self. The session opens with a breath warm-up, moves into the breathwork practice, and ends with a practice of visualization and gratitude.
